Existential threat to writing

Books, written word is not so old. 5 centuries, hah?
I've recently come to an obvious conclusion that one of the thing be changing in the next 30 years is writing and typing.
I bet it will gradually disappear starting with a hand writing. Fewer and fewer people use it now. Filling in a form - something that was widespread at the time I started learning English some 20 years ago now is almost completely automated. And there will be even more profound change in a way we learn. Our children will get most information not by reading books through, but simply by searching for it. Later on, let say next generation, the information will be saved in video formats (couple of weeks ago Google introduced video search API) and, when necessary, delivered by a machine, in readable format.
The very word "book" will mean other thing. Smth that is generated dynamically, not prewritten.
