Dimanche soirée et je ne dors encore...

Il est dit qu'avant l'édification de la tour de Babel, l'Humanité ne parlait qu'une langue. Quelle qu'en soit la raison, on parle maintenant je crois plus de cent langues et l'évolution future est pour moi claire. Avec une vitesse toujours croissante, les langues se rapprocheront les unes des autres. Dans 2-3 générations, les frontières entre les langues seront imperceptibles. De plus en plus de mots seront similaires et les langues se relieront, voire se rassembleront en une seule.

While watching this movie in the beginning of the 2ks I completely missed out the fact that in The Matrix AI had used solar energy before people polluted the sky what lead to them being enslaved. Recently viewed TED's talks about enormous efforts to make solar batteries as cheaper as possible and on singularity are in a strange way consistent with The Matrix scenario.

One once said that first thing you do when you come in a dark room is to switch the light on, what just wasn't imaginable about a hundred years ago. Now, it is common to have a mobile phone number on a sticker inside your car. So when you park your car in such a way that another driver cannot leave the parking without calling you to get a car aside (you naturaly expect him calling you, 100% sure he has a mobile phone).
I guess we are not too far from a moment when you think about a person and a computer generated voice asks you whether you want to establish a mental connection with this person, probably giving you estimated time to wait for the connection (in case a person is busy chathinking with somebody else).
